A deposit or full payment is required to reserve enrollment. A deposit is included in the camp fee. The deposit is non-refundable. If registering more than one child, a deposit must be made for each child. If registering for more than one camp, a deposit must be made for each camp. All balances must be paid in full 2 weeks before the start of the camp date. Financial assistance is available for each camp.

| Cancellation Policy |
| Cancellations more than 2 weeks prior to camp will be refunded less the non-refundable registration fee. Cancellations of camps fully paid within 2 weeks prior of camp will be refunded 50%. Cancellations within 1 week of camp cannot be refunded. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows. If a participant is forced to leave camp due to injury, illness or family emergency, a prorated amount of up to 50% of the fee may be refunded. UCC may cancel any camp due to weather, enrollment or logistics complications and will grant full credit towards another camp or UCC programs. I accept the terms of this cancellation policy and understand I will be responsible for payment of the agreed upon amount. |
