To fully commit to the Winter-Spring Jr. Competitive or Competitive Training Teams, download and complete the application and questionnaire form. Schedule an evaluation or try-out date. Parents can pay the coaching fees with the ease of this online Paypal system or mail in a check to the UCC Post Office address. A form of coaching fee payment must be paid on or before January 2, 2010. Facility membership is not included. All participants must arrange gym membership payment with WCRC prior to the first practice date. Please log on to their website to review payment options. Equipment and shoes are not included. Each team member must purchase their own equipment and shoes prior to the first team practice.
